Vision:

               Modernization of technical and vocational education and training, human resource development, economic prosperity and upliftment of standard of living.

Mission:

Formulation of policies and programmes, implementation of projects, setting standards and monitoring and evaluation to ensure quality technical and vocational education and training.

Areas of Performance:

1. Enhance facilities and institutional capacity to promote quality technical and vocational education;

2. Upgrading technical and vocational education and training;

3. Strengthening administrative activities and monitoring in technical and vocational education;

4. Creating skilled human resources with human values suitable for domestic and international labor market;
